Who we are

Raw IT Studio is a web and systems studio based in Larnaca, Cyprus. If you have any question about your data, email hello@rawitstudio.tech.

What we collect

When you send a project enquiry through this website we receive:

• your name, email address, phone number and business name;
• the message you write about your project;
• the country your request came from and the page that referred you, which our hosting provider adds automatically.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone instead, we receive the details you choose to share there.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and, if you ask for one, prepare a proposal. We do not sell your data, add you to mailing lists or share it with anyone for marketing.

Where it is stored and for how long

Enquiries are stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to handle your request, and delete enquiries that did not lead to a project within 24 months. If you become a client, we keep project records as required for accounting and tax purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It remembers your light or dark theme choice in your own browser; this never leaves your device. Fonts, images and video are served from our own domain.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it — just email hello@rawitstudio.tech. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
